Refund policy

A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also find the sample cancellation form or another clear statement on our website https://www.dstne.de/pages/widerrufsformular Fill out electronically and submit. If you take advantage of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by email).

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
